2.- International Prizes
Every year, Best Western International, The Largest
Hotel Family in the World, awards its best hotels into 2 categories: Best of the
Best and Outstanding Customer Care. In order to maintain a fair awarding
process, the evaluation has been performed through Medallia Consulting firm, an
international specialist in hotel-rating, which is responsible for choosing the
winners.

Western Chain which belongs to the 20% top hotels in Latin America. This Award
assesses compliance with international service standards offered by the chain –
Year 2008

region. This award evaluates the experience quality, overall service,
infrastructure, cleanliness, food, among others. - Year 2008.
